Maple Syrup in FranceBack from a trip to Poitiers, France, with an Acadian delegation, the New-Brunswick Maple Syrup Association watched a ten day show and introduced maple syrup to the tens of thousands of visitors who visited "La Foire de Poitiers". The Association was installed in a mock-up of a sugar house and invited people to taste maple syrup and maple fondue. The experience was very successful and the association is now working with different contacts to find interested brokers and/or importers for that region. Return to Home |
