New Brunswick Maple Syrup Association donates copies of its new Recipe Book to Public LibrariesThe New Brunswick Maple Syrup Association has donated 71 copies of its new recipe book to all New-Brunswick public libraries and bookmobiles. Entitled "Maple Delights of New Brunswick", the book contains 40 biliingual recipes provided by maple syrup producers, chefs and the general public. This publication was a labour of love and respect for the natural treasure that is appreciated not only in New-Brunswick, but also around the world. From appetizers to desserts, the book includes a wide variety of recipes. All recipes were selected for their appearance, taste and preparation time. "This book is a great celebration of the diversity of cooking possibilities offered by maple syrup. We are very pleased to make these recipes available to the general public", said Yvon Poitras, General Manager of the New Brunswick Maple Syrup Association. Return to Home |
